1) Agreement to These Terms

By visiting angiewolfe.com (the “Site”) or using any service, resource, or digital product we offer (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2) Who May Use the Site

Age & authority. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
Prohibited access. Do not use the Site if it’s illegal where you live or if you have been previously suspended by Ideas at Dawn, LLC (“Ideas at Dawn,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

4) Accounts & Purchases

Account security. Keep your login confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Commit to buy. Clicking “Buy” or similar means you agree to pay the listed price plus taxes/fees and enter a binding contract.
Pricing. Prices and promotions are shown on the Site and may change or be corrected before you place an order.
Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Their terms and privacy notices apply to your payment data.
Order management. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud or abuse).

5) Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

7) Limited License to You (Digital Products & Courses)

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and any purchased digital product or course for your own use.

• Single-seat access: Do not share logins or redistribute files.

• No resale or commercial licensing without our written permission.
  We may revoke access if these Terms are violated.

8) User Content & Feedback

If you submit comments, files, testimonials, or other material (“User Content”):

• You keep ownership of your User Content.

• You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for legitimate business purposes (e.g., marketing, improving Services).

• You promise you have rights to share it and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or the law.
  We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or encourage others to do so.

• Upload malware or malicious code.

• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Scrape, harvest, or mine data without our written OK.

• Post or transmit anything defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ideas at Dawn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ideas at Dawn and our owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

16) Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you agree we may send you notices electronically (e.g., by email or posting on the Site). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; transactional emails will still be sent as needed to deliver Services.

17) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms—plus policies referenced on the Site or on an offer/checkout page—are the entire agreement between you and Ideas at Dawn regarding the Site and Services.

18) Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email us with: (a) your contact info, (b) a description of the work claimed to be infringed, (c) the specific URL of the material, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We may remove or disable the material in our discretion.
